Meet the Trainer
Jody Carlson takes a positive approach to healthy living, “I feel it’s important that exercise be fun and enjoyable in order to be effective- to challenge our bodies while encouraging our minds”.
Through her company Radiant Fitness and Nutrition, she designs fitness programs for individuals, partners, and small groups. She specializes in weight loss and core strength, including Pre/Post Natal Fitness, as well as indoor/outdoor Boot Camps. She corrects posture misalignment, encourages and motivates people to stick to their goals, and educates on safe technique, and proper nutrition.
She will accommodate your schedule and location, and she is child friendly.
She is a Fitness Leader and a Pre/Post Natal Fitness Consultant certified through BCRPA. She is educated in Biology and other Sciences through UBC, and stays current with the ever-evolving field of Nutrition.
She participates annually in the Victoria Times Colonist 10 km, Good Life half Marathon and the Edge to Edge half Marathon…and a few others in between.
